Jambalaya

  • 1 lbs Sausage, Cooked and Sliced
  • 2 C Boiled Ham, Diced
  • 2 Onions, Chopped
  • 2 Stalks Celery, Sliced
  • 1/2 Green Pepper, Diced
  • 28 oz Whole Tomatoes, Canned
  • 1/4 C Tomato Paste
  • 3 tsp Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley, Minced
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 Tbsp Salad Oil
  • 1 C Converted Rice
  • 1 lbs Shrimp, Cooked

  1. Mix all ingredients except rice in slow cooker.
  2. Cover; Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  3. Thirty minutes before serving, turn to high and add shrimp.
